Hypnosis is a tool to access your subconscious mind, to access your past memories and experiences. And we will help your subconscious mind to rewrite the old story, make the positive suggestions and expectations come true.
During hypnotherapy you feel relaxed and after hypnotherapy you feel alert and clear in mind, these are byproducts of hypnotherapy.
There are some misunderstandings, we hypnotherapist won’t take your control away.
On the contrary, you will feel like you take your own control back. During the session, you are in control mentally and physically.

Yes hypnosis can help you, belief in hypnosis is not required. All you need is a motivation to change and you can ask and talk to your hypnotherapist about your concerns and skeptical views.
Yes, you can. In fact, we all enter into a hypnotic state at various times throughout the day when using our imagination for daydreaming or watching a movie. When you are watching a movie and totally absorbed in the fiction, you would feel and think as if you were there. And it would change your perspective and maybe change your life in a good way. This happens with a good movie and a good hypnosis has quite similar effect.
Hypnosis can help you change your current perspective on the painful memory or distract from it. So the answer is no, we can’t delete your memory because we can not change nor control your mind. However we can help you take pain out of memory, please contact us if you like to know more.
In hypnosis, you are always in control and your mind is aware, alert and awake. Instead, you feel much more self-controlled and empowered after the sessions. Hypnotherapists don’t have a magical power(and a wicked intention) to control, change or force you to say; or to do something against your will. And it’s no problem and you are able to express what you think and feel anytime during sessions.
